Devyani Khobragade case: Please stop spreading false news and information.

If you shut up truth and bury it under the ground, it will but grow, and gather to itself such explosive power that the day it bursts through it will blow up everything in its way.
- EMILE ZOLA

Many  Indo-Americans, Pro Americans and their agents hired by CIA in India were delighted with the arrest of Indian diplomat Dr. Devyani Khobragade.  Unfortunately, there are so many things,  these people Do NOT Want To Hear On this issue. It is very clear that they will hear what they want to.

The facts being ignored right from day 1 are to be read very carefully.  There is an article published in the Times of India dt. 25.12.2013,

Devyani Khobragade case: Did US state department overplay heavy hand?

"It is clear that Mark Smith, the Diplomatic Security Services agent who handled the investigation and arrest of Dr Khobragade and who drew up and swore to the accuracy of the formal complaint in this case, simply made an error in reading the DS 160 form which supported the visa application for the domestic worker, Sangeeta Richard. He erroneously and disastrously believed that the $4,500/month salary entry on the form was Ms Richard's expected salary when, in fact, it was clearly a reporting of the base salary to be earned by the employer, Dr Khobragade, in the United States," Arshack explained in an email to ToI.

CNN interview of Indian Diplomat Devyani’s lawyer

What happened to Devyani can happen to you tomorrow! Without trial you could be arrested… Without knowing the truth, you could be humiliated, handcuffed, strip searched, cavity searched, DNA swabbed, kept with drug addicts…. If conspiracy can humiliate a diplomat, leave aside laypeople….

Please see the CNN interview of Indian Diplomat Devyani’s lawyer to know the truth!!!

A letter from a retired U.S. Foreign Service officer to Washingtonpost...

I fear that the U.S. mania regarding security allows excesses such as the Devyani Khobragade case to be tolerated. But it should not be: The result is worse security for our New Delhi staff, as the article noted. The U.S. Marshals Service should be investigated and, if the abuses are confirmed, the officials involved should be severely disciplined.
